If you live in the US & you already have an Xfinity TV & Internet subscription, you already know what Xfinity On Demand is. But, if you’re someone who is thinking about getting an Xfinity subscription, it’s important that you know about Xfinity On Demand, it’s content & especially if that content is enough for the money.
What is Xfinity On Demand (XOD)?
Xfinity On Demand is actually an online streamings service that all the Xfinity subscribers can access. They have a huge amount of content available including Movies, TV shows & more. As an added advantage, some movies become available here first & later on services like Netflix, Redbox, etc. So, XOD users get early access to those movies. 90% of this content is free & included with your regular subscription. The Xfinity Stream for XOD app is available for Google Play store, Apple App Store & Amazon. If you want to watch it on your PC, you can watch on the website.

But is the content enough for the money?
You can get an Xfinity subscription for $65 per month with a 12-month agreement. That gives you your regular cable TV, monthly Internet connection and access to Xfinity on demand. So, that’s kinda a lot of things together.
If you want all of these things & you don’t want to pay extra for a streaming service, then XOD makes a lot of sense. But, if just want a streaming service & not the other things, then the story is entirely different. A Netflix HD Subscription costs $12.99 per month right now so if you just want streaming service, it’s better to go with that instead. But, if you want the entire package with the TV, the Internet & Media Streaming, you can go with an Xfinity Subscription & get access to Xfinity On Demand.
